- Recent mass layoffs were concerning and have scared a lot of people - Pay for performance policy has been severely undermined in last two years

The opportunities and the culture were amazing. Work life balance would vary from person to person. For me, it was tough but otherwise 95% people in the company would have good work life balance.

Compensation, management approach towards team growth and work delegation.

Great culture, very supportive and helpful colleagues as well as senior and middle management, good learning opportunities, excellent work life balance, good benefits, great for freshers, good internal movement opportunities, and nice perks

Dislikes

Lackluster hikes and increment structures, lower than industry standard pay, work may get monotonous at times

...king good ,team mates are supportive and knows what is going on at ground level. Good compensation. Chances are there to grow , you can internally switch to any other department if you have right skillset. Working on latest technologies.

Dislikes

There are many obsolete process that are still being followed which needs to be removed. Lot of work is there to complete apart from your regular work that eats your working hours. You will be asked to do anything regardless of your skillset.No on-site opportunity. It is essential to have global mind set for individuals working in org after becoming part of a reputated organization

Work life balance, Work load is manageable, Compensation is decent (not too high, not too low)

Dislikes

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.
