Company has great job security, management is supportive and helped me through, even when I made errors. Senior officials help and corrected me to get on track. All are treated fair and equally. Appraisals are based on performance and hike is appropriately given.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, however the work is demanding. It takes time to get feedback on the work, which delays the work and affects my productivity.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent and teammates are supportive. The company is open to new ideas and is passionate about the work they do. They are highly customer centric and their projects deliver always on time.

Dislikes

The feedback from higher management takes times which sometimes slows down the work process.

Likes

I loved the team and the senior management during my tenure here. I felt very valued as a part of the team. My initial learning curve was shortened only because of the good intervention of the senior managers. Rydon was a best fit for me in terms of my work ethos. They never compromised on any elements both internal and external. A very stringent process in manufacturing and everything else gave me immense satisfaction. The work is very challenging in a very good way. Would love to work here again if I move back to the town.

Dislikes

The work is a bit demanding but I understand that the process is required to ensure the end product comes out as per best standards. Would not consider this a dislike.
