Yes , Ryanus is a very nice place to work. Work culture, working approach, nature of employee's and supportivr nature of the team as well as director is amazing in any area. I have learnt so many things from ryanus during my tanure technically or in other extra curriculum activities like self learning, presentations, webinars etc. Overall it was really good experience. The growth of technical person only depends on the number of technical queries , more queries more area to work means good growth but less clients no queries, no projects is very tough to survive in the future.
