There's the lot of challenges I faced at RVS, despite those challenges, there were positive aspects within my department. I particularly appreciated the strong support and coordination among my colleagues. We had a collaborative environment where we would assist and complement each other's tasks. However, this dynamic changed when one colleague became focused on personal advancement and a higher position. Their behavior shifted, as they began highlighting and exaggerating our minor mistakes, even reporting them to the management. This situation disrupted the harmony we previously enjoyed within the team.

..., I experienced numerous issues that significantly impacted my job satisfaction. The management lacked support and appreciation for employees, salary disbursement was irregular and not monthly credited, promotions and increments were biased and insufficient, professional development was nonexistent, and unethical practices such as creating fake documents were encouraged. Furthermore, as an educational institution, they failed to adequately support students and instead imposed additional fees while pressuring staff to collect them. Overall, my experience was highly unsatisfactory, leading to my decision to leave the organization.

...hing have to be done by the teaching staffs itself so there is a heavy workload. No decent decent salary for our qualification and no appraisal at all. Even after working for 5 yrs you get the same salary of your joining yr. As usual there is so much politics. Overall a average work environment.

...s less bothered about the empowerment of staff members and no proper incentives. Poor salary structure and renumerations were not given properly to the concerned staff members.

It was terrible.. i suggest to not take admission in this College.. it will ruins your future..as well as there are always fake job fair and fark companies came for compus drive... They cheates with the students and make fake promises....
