Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Management are civil based like road site contractor.They are non technical. They don't respect employees and can terminated any time. Specially kusmunda site incharge Ravindra Babu is a chep mentality person and torture employees. Suggested not to join

Salary is on time

Dislikes

Food, accommodation, no weekly off even shift changes at Sunday in half time so you have to work after 6 hours again and no compensation for Sunday you worked. Even on national holidays they will make you work. No personal life you have anyone buttering guy will report every single thing about you to HO and pm.

No job security, any time termination,higher site staff very bad behaviour to junior employee,lot of politics, Management is very poor, 5 bed container given to engineers in the name of batchelor accomandaion, 1 two wheeler provid between 6 engineers.

The only thing is salary on time.

Dislikes

Poor working culture. Only South Indian will get preference here. Even North side engineer is treated like labor. Canteen is common for engineer and labor. You have to arrange for water by yourself. .......
