No proper appraisal, No promotions, No PFs, Cheap regional and caste politics. No proper sanitization during Covid 19. Worst part is No Flag Hoisting in 26 Jan or 15 Aug as higher authorities takes it as holidays..

...r 6 months. And not a single person in the HR department ever picked up my call. You got nothing from the company side but just your salary. If you want to ask something or have any problem related to the company or work, then it's your problem nobody will even pick up your calls. They even don't have the enough knowledge about how a team should be built for a specific project. They hire non-educated, non-professional people in your team. Ahhh, worst company I've ever worked with.

Management are civil based like road site contractor.They are non technical. They don't respect employees and can terminated any time. Specially kusmunda site incharge Ravindra Babu is a chep mentality person and torture employees. Suggested not to join
