The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I spent days debating whether to bring it up. I didn’t want to come off as insecure or difficult. But I also couldn’t un-know what I knew. Eventually, I had an honest, data-backed conversation with my manager. Turns out, I was right and they revised my pay. It wasn’t easy, but it taught me this: silence doesn’t protect you. Nothing as such. There is no growth in the company.

Dislikes

The company has no values. They terminated me without notice period. When asked for the 2 month's notice period amount, they started saying that I had already served notice period. How can they lie so much. I send them a email again asking for the money, it's been 3 weeks they haven't cared to inform me about it. They have not yet replied to my emails. This is how RVKS treats it's employees.

Nothing. People over there will not support you in any way. They are not concerned about articles and employees' learning and growth. They want money from the client. They are very good in insulting. They will use all the words(incl. Bad words to make you feel bad and hurt) and they incl your family to insult you. There is not chance of getting respect from partners.

Dislikes

Everything. People don't give respect. They don't give positive feedback to you. They will always insult and make a person hurt. No support, learning and growth. They don't have good clients. and losing the clients as well because of their behaviour.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No work life balance. No proper distribution of work. Even if you ask for better work you will not be given. The managers pre decide your capabilities without even giving you opportunities.
