The worst company ever to start you carree with.They make you sign the company bond ,however if you fail to join the company you need to pay 75,000 to the company.Worst company ever.They even make you sign the bond on offer letter.Kindly read all policies carefully before signing . However the work culture is pathetic.Worst company ever .Wouldnt recommend anyone to join.

The review given by other are true there is no work personal life balance. The one who join Rusan dose t have personal life. , Work culture is worst and full of politics there is a Head of HR he creates nonsense rule and make every one to adhere such as you are not supposed to work on competitors company as of there are more companies working in narcotics. Also implement ban of whole therapy calss such as CNS FOR A product which is not even selling., All father and kids are sitting from top level and treats a employee like a donkey. Even after every one resigned job in unit myself handled whole unit almost more than a quater during covid my boss was like what have u done somany days . Even I sacrificed my whole day just for Rusan and no respect.

Nonsense company. no work ethic . U should enter by 9.15 or fixed time if u r late they will deduct your half day salary if u even work till late night 12

Lot of politics ,daily late sitting and working 10-12 hours and during audit time more extended hours and penny late coming late remarks salary deduction They deduct salary and make employee to suffer inspite of working 10hours average daily .lack work ethics...very strict about timings

...tion. Policy for Employee and discrimination at the time of Annual Increment. No appreciation to Honestly working Employees, The Difference in my salary at Time of Joining and leaving says it all. No discrimination and proper apprecition we were Expected. But nothing were fulfilled. Very bad compensation. Only 50 k increase in my CTC Last 3 Years working at RUSAN PHARMA.

...preciated in certain teams where the HOD is sensible and believes in thier team. Also the salary is given timely even during the times of COVID.

Completely partial incentive and increment roll out. There is no basis for deciding the increment.The HR doesn't take up any responsibility and acts as a puppet to the management. Lots of politics involved when it comes to increment and incentive.
