Not able to provide salary on fix time, If you don't ask for salary they will not give, Company in huge debit, No money for even raw material, Lala type company, No training, No job security I was forced to resign because i asked for salary, which was already 15 days late. No scope for Mechanical Engineer, Ruins carrier of several purchase engineer/executive by forcing to resign after few months.

RDI exposes you to a lot of challenging issues,especially on the field,and such challenges helps to groom RDI workers for better management and problem solving positions.RDI enhances its workers to freely interface within and outside their working environment without jeopardizing the good image of RDI.Excellence in every implementation is always our watch word.For RDI;is either the best or nothing else.This has lead to series of certificates of excellence received from our funding/implementation partners,at National and International level.

Dislikes

RDI depends more on contracts from funding donors.At times funding may delay,especially when waiting for other projects to kick off,after successfully completing the awarded contracts.
