They dont know about the collection process to them and they just dial the paid customer repeatedly and they dont have proper format or idea to assign data to agent and they do not resolve customer query

Virtual credit card update is goods, which activated within given period of time, If added Rupee instead of VISA it will be very helpful to use

Dislikes

Service of Rupicard is not on time, which is main drawback. Application glitches is disturbing customer to close FD, If app issue sort then it will be good
