Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). there is nothing to like about the company . worst culture, poor management . does not support you in learning languages . they will give you other work and not for what you were hired for.

worst Salary structure . when I saw the structure i laughed at my HR Because my 50% salary was just retension bonuse and variable bonuse which i have to pay back if i leave the organization before my next appraisl even though i was having a 2 yrs of bond . i really don't recommend any of my friend to join that organization . sorry for this type of review but it is what it is.

Dislikes

They gove bonus but if you resign before financial year they will take all the bonus of the months you have been working. Also seniors are not good they will not guide you properly. They will tell you to work on any time they want.

A startup company dealing in Stock Exchange software. An Employee gets Exposure of the industry to the fullest if you are capable and can assimilate knowledge.

... the senior allow you to leave(could be 9 or 10 depend on the deadline of work). salary are peanuts 10k starting for 1 year. 2 year bond. Software tools they use are vintage deemed fit for museum. The senior closely watch every move of your. Loads of work so load of pressure. attrition rates is massive

Best to learn, chilled environment unless some serious production issue occurs, company provides good appraisal as well. People here are one of the best people I have met in corporate world. Flexible timing good culture, overall good place to work and chill as well.

There are some people everywhere who try to play some politics kind of stuff so in Rupeeseed also there are such people but it doesn't matter until you have good relations with your tl, manager and obviously with sourabh sir
