1. This company is only running to exploit the designers. 2. They explain fake scenarios while interviewing and after you join the company you will find the owner having no idea of why he hired you and what exactly he expects from you. 3. The owner doesn’t know how to talk to the educated employees. According to him everyone is a stupid sitting there and passing time. 4. They keep designers only for 1 - 4 months, take designs from them and ask them to leave. It is like their strategy is only to hire different designers, take designs from them and then tell them that they had given no profit to the company. 5. There is zero job security. No work culture. They themselves don’t even know what they like and what they dislike. 6. No designer can please them with their designs and at the end of the day they’ll come with their bizarre design ideas only to spoil the designs created by a certain designer. 7. They ask the designer only to copy other famous designers and when you try explaining them technically , they’ll ask you to do poor changes which will only destroy the designs. 8. The owner gives his opinion in every design without any solid knowledge and ironically he wouldn’t even remember the next day of what he approved the previous day. And when the product comes, he throws all the blame to the designer. 9. This company at present is left with no proper designer to work with. Only till they fool another designer and exploit them.

Don't have proper system of work.. boss is always Moody. Girls employee is the first choice of boss

Dislikes

Behaviour of woner is very rough. He is supporting only young girls. Rest employees are very bad to him.
