Just few reasons are Toxic work environment Partially You have to be a people pleasing person to work in that site office Late hour seating without any reason, justifying that you’re doing work.(sometimes till 10-11pm just seating and chilling out with colleagues) A ritual to follow, wait for senior to leave then only leaves. Need to beg and please seniors for grant your own leaves, also that depends on how much close you’re with your senior. Worst thing to mention they will make you feel like you’re worthless and try to make you feel you’re not at all working even after knowing you’re putting all your efforts.
