Pros - *Job security *No delay in Salary Cons- *High level of politics and oiling to the seniors is compulsory *No career growth *Everyday new rule is made. *Lots of burden on yours head. *Low Salary and hike in salary is rare. *poor canteen service and poor sanitation facility.

Dislikes

The compnay only motive is to create profits, they will not solve any problem either it may causes your death.

It's a nice company to work here and many New thinks can be learnt here.if you want to join mining sector then join this company this is excellent company and 100%secure job

I dislike about salary for fresher it's ok and work environment is good salary is on time and also giving 20%bonus in this company at the Time of festival.

Rungta mines is the best for freshers workers. Wokers are easily learning work and skill development.

...afety for workers like shoes, helmate, hand glove, eye protecter, mask ,jacket . The helper workers are not satisfied of him salary.

Company is very good . Here we can prove our selves as designation. Good facility. Medical,bonus,increment, promotion. But some managing staff are not well. They could not doing right thing's.

Dislikes

Decision for employees. If an employees doing anything mistake..then managing system do not give any achance . They forced employees to doing resign . Not suspend, no warning. This is actually very bad thing's for a employees. So I think this rule should be changed.
