Salary always not paid in time. Poor TA and DA. Incentives not at all paid . For those who resigned , settlement not all given . Computer illiterate company.

The Company ,a statutorily complying one provides total job security.The Unit being conventional and Conservative, best suited for people of Advanced Age and with Contempt and with no ambitions for Challenges.

As already pointed out, The unit is a very conservative and hence a very bad Pay Masters.As this is a conventional Concern, believes in more Manual Records rather than Soft data files and hence results in Dealys and accidents to Accuracy ultimately calling upon the quality of Timely Information both Internal and for outside Agencies

Nothing much here to be liked. Tried to understand the people, the boss, the management but their thought process can’t be changed and can’t be improved. Factory area has the worst work management, space issue at plant.

I am working in this organization from last 25 years. This is a manufacturing company hence deferent type of work is there. Employees can learn Easley. In our organization mostly employees are from more than 20 years. Our management policy is can do better. Can get better, sabka saath sabka bikash.

Work life balance. Everyone leaves office at 6:00 PM.

Dislikes

You have to reach at 10:00 sharp. It provide you 120 minutes grace in a month. AC not available. There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.
