No appreciation from Management, No proper increment in salary, False promises, Management tries to take as much as they can, No extra bonus, Apart from your KRAs management takes so many extra works, No job safety anything management can remove you when they feel your salary is getting much for them to pay.

For the completion of course or any other issue related to placement activity that has been done through online processes is going very well. Every thing is well informed and in advance relating our doubts and any other information.

Soft spoken management, easy working hours, holidays on all festivals, less work pressure, respect for females, free transport

Dislikes

No job security , the elder one hires very easily, has no sense of choosing right people for the right job, totally confused man , has no interest in performance ,cribbing for only the outer softer appearance among each other. Running business in loss and because of that not paying good salaries to existing staff neither able to retain the new employees, has no business plan totally ruined the whole atmosphere of Raipur the worst part listens and follows the feedback given by his looser old peers who rather then concentrating on there performance and more interested back biting about others. Totally insecured atmosphere
