The company is a good innovation and latest technology. The working atmosphere is good. They support and service global base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The company management not good, they didn't think for the employee, any time they shut down the employee without any pre-information. I am suffering from this issue and our colleague.

working with run services infocare is dynamically improves everyday, everyday is new challenge to face, attending the group decisions will built team work and effort to resolve challenges or facing on a particular task. Coordination and self enthusiastic of each staff member will never demotivate and the work environment is quit friendly.

Dislikes

...solving technics and there is good study and behavior of the particular product. The salary part is so congested that its not for a family maintained, Expected only for bachelor maintenance. must have vehicle for transportation to visit client location sometimes ware house or dealers place for troubleshooting and replacement. the place of home should at least close enough so that its easy to reach the workstation.

On this pandemic the run service is not supportive to the employee .they did not even credit salary on this pandemic they credited only 2 months they suddenly informed us to relieve from the company we had a great hope on the company but they did not respond us as we thought still now we have a problem in getting job

Suddenly they informed us to relieve from the company they informed at the lockdown it is too difficult to run the day to day life on the pandemic they did not even give the last settlement

In my experience I never seen such a office like this, Run service infocare not care about good Engeniers , even if your working well . Some old engineers will speak bad wards in the office premises and they called me for street fight after complaint with HR he's not take any action against them, but they are taking a revenge against me so please think and join in the office . I will not advice this office for working...

1.company taken covid insurance for all employeess. 2.more than 90% employees are working from home 3.Taking daily update for all employees health status. 4.Sanitisers and mask providing for all employees coming to office. Overall company is taking all kind of mesures for avoid covid.
