If you are a fresher then, only you should join this institution otherwise a Big NO as salary is not credited on time no other benefits the management tries to use teachers in very less salary

Less salary Salary is not distributed on time as always we have to ask for salary

Here I feel the cultureandenvironment is good, taking the decisions late not immediate, advance planning is needed.

As per my qualification and my experience, I am not satisfied, I need much more because of my family problems , I think that not only here everywhere the schools are considering the freshers even they are not having the experience they accepted the less salary And when the teachers get the experience they want the increment as per the contract the school remove the teacher this happens in most of the schools this isse offer in Father Agnel school also I lost my job because of only this reason from there I got the good salary and here I got less than that . But ok let we see.

RDPS is undoubtedly a remarkable organisation to work with as this stands alone in terms of infrastructure, education quality, faculty development for teachers , pay scale and many such other factors are that attracts every teacher to work with . I worked here for almost 2 years and still hoping to work in distant future because of the respect and trainings the faculty provides. It is the best school to work with in terms of working environment. Would highly recommend it. Thank you to each one of the member of the school for your constant support.

Jmlack of job security is my main issue rest everything is 10 on 10.
