Birla gives high end training programs for their staff, selection process is very much impressive and gives complete corporate way of selection admiration.

Dislikes

Judgmental decisions by listening to one person and destroying many professionals future. many politics , humiliation and no job security. Team members are terrible & opportunistic. No job satisfaction.
