Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...w pumps for the Indian based market which gives the team members a good scope. Salary is competitive compare to other pump industries.(only if you begin with good CTC) You'd be sent to head-offices on a business visa for training, but neither the pay nor the work is treated that way.(need to sign a bond for 3 yrs.) Work-life balance depends upon the department you're in.

Dislikes

Dislikes: Too much *politics* inside the company. No decision making authority. Job security and career growth varies with the departments and managers- You are not allowed to grow because of *politics*. Your work/performance is waste and individual rating is not given based on it. HR is irresponsible, irrational, pathetic behavior towards employees but only loyal to upper management. If you demand/defend, it will reflect in you appraisal and relieving.

Great global exposure. You get to know the global team and work with them on regular basis.

Dislikes

It is a one man show. Management is under control of a single person and he does whatever he feels like. HR and other people in Management are like a joke. Very abusive behaviour from top management (literally abusing and shouting at the workers like a road side rowdy) No value of human emotions or self respect of employee.
