Good for freshers for learning new things

Dislikes

They hire new candidates for certain time period and after their work get completed they can't behave properly no job timings worst treatment for Engineer salary 4 months delay and after leaving the job no guarantee to get salary

Company is good for freshers to learn new things as there are no boundation to work in a specific department. Teammates are good and supportive.

I can't expect a good career growth as company does'nt want to change its thinking and old tradition about financial aspects. Salaries are not high according to experience and skills of individuals. Politics also a major part which led the companies graph down.
