Very good environment , male staff female staff many of them are very excellent but some of them are very selfish and money minded

The group of counsellors at Rudraksh Group are specialised in particular countries which makes the job easier by sharing responsibility with the fellow counsellors. When a specialist works on a problem, the solution is reached easily.

Dislikes

Some people are not very understanding and think that we will wave a magic wand and things will happen. The process of migrating abroad is complex. Hence, patience is the key.

No one treats me like an intern but make me feel like I have been a part of Rudraksh Group for years. This gives me immense confidence to work freely and contribute towards the company. I am gaining valuable experience.

Dislikes

A lot of hard work is required. But if you put in the hard work, success is guaranteed.
