The perks are good but exposure in remote can be difficult. People are helpful and compensation is good but Increament!

Dislikes

Work-life Balance is not there as simple as that. The things are not transparent and for a new joinee they could sometime ask tooo much in less time. Managerial work is not so great so sometimes things get too confusing. Language barrier is a whole different thing for inner-Indian team. I can say that there is too much English but very less communication.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products, and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

There is a lack of on-job training for freshers or newcomers, but that's how start-ups function. A senior person guides a newcomer, which is tiresome at times. There is no downside otherwise.

Good team and great mentors help's you alot. Thats the most i like here. Also considering it as a startup they didnt have any cuts and gave me a hike. so wonderful its.

as its a startup you will have some pros and cons. but then its upto you to evaluate what to choose.
