Here salary structure is offensively poor and management is more so.. nobody cares about employees, they get humiliated in front of patients.. leaves are never sanctioned. 8.5h duty extends upto 10-12 h on a daily basis.. no appraisals exists.. after serving.. you will have to beg HR for pay slips and pay slips for more than 3 months, you'll have to write a letter to chief General manager, requesting about them. For leaves more than 3 days, you will have to apply approx 6months ago. Then even you don't know whether it is going to be sanctioned or not. You only face humiliation if you work here.. in front of patients.. in front of room full of management staffs.

SCOPE OF IMPROVEMENT AND CAN DO CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT ON COMPLETE MAINTENANCE AND PROJECT WORK.DAILY CHECK SHEET FOLLOW UP (EQUIPMENT AND PROCESS),PMS,CBM,CONTINUOUS MONITORING,EXECUTION OF PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND INTERACTION WITH SENIORS ABOUT FINANCIAL AND PLANNING ANYTIME.

They are notorious for not paying doctors salary. During covid lacs and lacs of rupees have remained unpaid to doctors though they have minted money. Try to avoid working here.

Horrible place to work. You will have no increments, no job security, horrendous HR policies, deplorable office culture and a smooth brained CEO and his lackeys to deal with. If this organisation approaches you ? RUN.

I like my incharge(Remya di),ward(pd3rd) and cooperation with my senior, junior and colleagues.

Dislikes

No respect with staff,no value and rights of staff,only insult and dissatisfaction.Its seems like I made a mistake by studying nursing only get mental harrasment.
