...owth-Can thrive well,if we work hard,for a longer time than an average person. Salary- depends on the time we give,that is,single or double duties. Travel- a bit , for a few stations. Politics- not really, Learning- we learn a lot about many things about medicine,in particular & about the life,in general. Work environment -pleasant,receptive,cordial. Innovation- The concept of providing emergency & general -medical & pathology services at the doorstep of a railway station,has already started having a great impact on the people. Work-life balance- As the concept is in its initial phase,it is difficult to give enough time to the family,& if double duties are done,then it is easier to earn more in a shorter time.

Dislikes

Duties can change in a week,& can get a double duty any day. They should try to give the nearest possible place of work,so that we spend less time & money on traveling,& are not exhausted on reaching the workplace,& are more punctual to reach. Myself, being a Jain person,I hate teammates talking about non-vegetarian foods,& about enjoying an alcohol party - in my presence.

Likes

It's also a nice place to work. It's a cardiac care unit only.

Dislikes

Here the salary of resident doctors is very less as compared to other hospitals. The ventilation system is not good, so no fresh air & light doesn't come.

Likes

The management is friendly & non - interfering.The Incharge of Doctors is very caring,strict,clear & knowledgeable.The staff is cooperative & is sincere in their duties.

Dislikes

The Emergency Medical Room's primary duty is to attend to all railway accidents & casualties, which I personally dislike,as I can't see it & unable to bear the look of someone in pain, injured or dead.
