-Discrimination of salary within the the team -No justice for low paid employees vs the newly hired high paid brats -Director is very grudgeful and hold grudges against people who speak other then his language -Poor promises on incentives for people who ensure the team targets are met -SaaS company with culture of a BPO -work life balance is not there as the HC is low and the management is not hiring anyone to save money -blame game on teams to showcase personal growth

- Being Product based company dosent have flexibility to WFH if required. - Management is dosent like to give leaves. - No compoffs - Product is very proprietary.. Not much scope learn . Fully related to backup domain.

They pay well.and people freindly company. Good for freshers.

Dislikes

It is not meant for experience people. You will be doing only product support which you might not be interested. There are chances you will forget your existing technology.

It was incredible work experience at Rubrik, I've been with RUBRIK for almost an year and had really met some amazing people and flexibility of transforming your careers choosing the paths you'd like to go with. By this though I'm into customer success team I found it really amazing to see people transform into the roles which they shows more interest and passion, this company gives you that opportunity and encourages you. Its so refreshing to watch your CEO sharing his journey and partying with you for every 6 months atleast is so refreshing and the ethics and moral values that the company share reflects in the management style.

Dislikes

Nothing really, its the best place to work. However I had to leave due to the location constraints. I planned for a long term but I had to move back to Hyderabad to live with my family thats the only reason for me to resign.

Worst Management (Dirty politics), no mental peace at all, no work life balance, no job security (they can fire anytime giving n number of unnecessary reasons) Toxic Environment. They will deny WFH even if it's emergency. Colleagues share your personal talk with the managers. Lack of employee respect. Unnecessary meetings. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
