Working environment quite good and it may good for Trichy peoples who looking for IT industry as a fresher.

Dislikes

There is no job security,no salary hikes and you won’t get the position or role that matches your skills or expectations . Your working project/technologies change frequently making it difficult to specialize in any one area. And also it affects your career growth.
