Initially It was a best company of my life with the previous management. This is the first company where I worked for almost 4 years. Management was amazing with lots of fun activities happened and of course we enjoyed working even in pressure also. Management always considered us as a family and that's why we never hesitate to give extra time whenever needed.

Dislikes

Now new management had been appointed including Chairman and CEO. They both are worst and that's the reason 80% of the staff had left the company because of CEO and its way of management. I would never suggest anyone to join RCPSDC now because its work environment is like hell, that no one could enjoy working there.

Everything was good with Earlier Management.

There is nothing u will learn in that environment except politics and back bitchting as more of them are mid aged ladies. if u want to work in this skill council, u just have to be smart, skill does not matter here, most important u must have phrase 3 ladies in this organization if u want to stay for some time. u cant give suggestion, if they are doing bad u must have to agree. There is a lady who speaks so soft and sweet, just do not come in her word for sake of your future.
