...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and increment every year.

Never consider ur hard work.... They deduct from salary assuming themself as patients are low and never increase salary even when u see 65 patients in day... Very pathetic..many left the hospital for same reason...

It is very good. It is very helpful for my life I learn many things from this hospital. Even public dealing also.

The main and for most thing is salary is less accoding to work. Appraisal not good. There is no politics. Good place to learn and work environment. Every staff is supportive and cooperative.

This hospital don have back up money even for one month..salary was deducted and February salary was not paid..not even informed whether we wil b paid or not..worst is exposed now,we r working throughout in d hospital and buying PPE KIT and MASK from hospital only...not providing anything..

No growth at all, no future security, no salary increment,even if u donate ur kidney for patient wellbeing,management wil say doing nothing...wil expect to b in hospital day and night and wil b paid least...interference at every step...no policy for conferences..overall worst place to work..

All things are bad.Now I realised my whole life will be suffer because of my decision was wrong for joining ruban hospital.Maximum senior employees are bad no humanity in their hearts. liars hospital for employees. Some employees taking alcohol during their duty(Specially Billing and Reception Incharge and staff).Maximum Female staff take advantage from their Senior male employee.
