Most of the Head of the department s in Rubamin Sarl are uneducated.Best example is Abdul Jalal head of Automobile Garage. Naveen dalmia is now feeding this poisonous Snake in his company.

Nothing to appreciate as professional. Considered ok for labour class.

Dislikes

1) None of department has right to take decision or spend even 1usd without MD approval 2) MD-Navin is one stop for everything 3) Employees dies in malaria due to delay in MD approval for hospital admission/services 4) Once die, body is cremated at site to save money in sending India 5)Food and Accomodation is like a Jail culture 6) MD-Navin is raw shop cultured human
