No growth, only politics can run the company and his people no other skill is required for job here. The company logo is "the joy of creating of institutions" it's very funny... Here only company creating politicians... If you will work here definitely u will got a parliament seat.

Old thinking/rigid attitude of long associated employees, less adaptability, unwilling to cater new technologies.

it is good company to work with good work environment , friendly atmosphere. good salary to on roll people.

i believe that co. is good but my salary is very less according to work assign to me. i believe i deserve more because i know my work efficiency and dedication. i was in payroll before in MNC but i didnt know that in other co. there is some contract system so i joined here in contract and now i am looking for payroll and with good package.

...ant and so friendly, we worked as a team. I learned so many things from rubamin. It's have High quality products, good staff, salary package and also global client base company.

Dislikes

Pollution and noise was so much in the surroundings , low staff in women, Canteen facilities were poor. Some of managers do not value individuals unique strengths and smartwork.
