Its a very bad cultured company i have joined there from our college placement. After 6 month of training period they did not give the trainee engineers a full time employment stating the reason of covid 19 pandemic and financial decrement in company. But by doing this they spoiled our career in the 1st stage. For joining them college also did not allowed us to seat in any other placement but now we are looser. Even we did not get training period certification also.

Dislikes

They do not use proper engineering. If you are a engineer you will be treated as a labor. There work culture is also having so many loopholes like they cut the govt seals in transformers after inspection and replace the inner parts with lower grade parts only for their profit making policy after inspection then they join the seal with feviquick. This is a crime.

This company is very good. And I love the fact that I am a part of a team that technician reliable. High quality products and global business of this company that is very knowledgeable for every worker. Their are all staff handling everything very carefully. And working time also is very good.

Dislikes

I dislike only one things that is ,safety is not maintained ,this is very bad.

Nothing to like. Worst office culture. Full of backstabbers. Incompetent and insecured old people are scared of young guys and always push them to hell.
