...o get really great leads and managers who taught me everything from the scratch. Also I was offered a really decent salary as a fresher.

Dislikes

Too much workpressure and a constant fear that you will loose your job any time or any hour of the day.

Casual dress code, open door policy, friendly work culture, salary on time, recurring incentive structure, cab facility is good, food is decent but on time, health insurance

Dislikes

less work life balance, strict work timings

1. Opportunity to work with the most senior US recruiters in industry 2. Diverse work culture 3. Timely cab facility, if shortage of cabs they arrange a uber for you 4. Snacks are amazing, lunch is descent, 2 days non veg 3 days veg 5. I was in a PIP, the team supported me through out and i got out of it, amazing team work. 6. Fun Fridays and other engagement activities are conducted

Dislikes

1. Long working hours sometimes 2. teams might be changed too frequently

Casual work culture, team building activities, positive collaborative and supportive work atmosphere, benefits are also good, they offer timely cab facility, food

Dislikes

Management might not listed to you all the time, there are too many senior people in the company they might listen to them. Work timings are strict here and sometime might have to work late

I joined here in a wonderful team, from the 1st day itself i got familiarize with one word.. "Thank You"..i haven't received this much of thanks in my entire carrier.. even though i made a mistake, the senior people guided me in a positive way and mindset

The Hiring process can be improved other wise nothing more to dislike at all!
