The company has very limited growth prospects and very harsh working hours. To add on, there is little space for overall personality development. Think twice before joining. The only good point is that Company provides group health insurance which is anyway being covered at most of the workplaces.

Dislikes

The compensation structure is very bad. Gratuity forma part of compensation structure which would actually never been paid off. Further, Company also does not provide free conveyance within city.

Directors and Hr are good with the team.

There is a lot of politics and no work culture.. salary is not good no career growth . No job security, work place was very dirty and not safe for female employee

There is a lot of dirty politics,nd management doesn't solve our issues.salary was not tht much good career growth is slow .they suspend the employees anytime with illogical reasons.

Yes Here job security is ok.Now a days changed our top management so all system will be change.We all are expacting for good future from our new management.He is a good person.

we are suffering for our cut salary which was deduct for covid.Now a day we can not manage our family such low salary.we requiest to management please increse the same asap.we all need your support such situation.

Thankfully I am having great team.. But there is no job security.. No appraisal as they say while interview that within 3/6months they wl hike your salary but they aren't. No travelling. No innovative ideas. Rural areas.. And the same u wl get the environment.

Even it's been 10 months of my job till I haven't got my I. D card. Even no one has I. D card of my teammates. Nothing exciting or innovative.
