The company is very good. Salary comes at the end of the month. It is the best in terms of security and takes great care of its employees. I am very happy to join the company.

They don't give jobs at choice location but those who have good links definitely get it

Work pressure is negligible, documentation work is higher than the field work, fully job security, never delayed in your salary, But didn't think about other facilities like canteens, gym, transportation

Additional benefits and salary structure is very poor but your job is fully secured here.

They send the salary on time and also give a good bonus. It was a great pleasure working and I got to learn a lot which will benefit us in the future.

There is no promotion and salary does not increase equally considering the work done, everyone is not seen through Employee

I would like to request the RSPL company to increase the salary of the employee and a little attention, I do not want to write anything in the dislike of the rest of the company, the company is very good

1) Salary is in time. 2) Owner is good in nature, but handed over to plant to such persons who doesn't know how to manage plant.

Dislikes

1) leave problem is too much, every time has to beg for leave with manager in Electrical Department in Engineer level in power and utility. 2) Work life balance is not there. 3) Very irritatiive behaviour by security staff while checking of mobile with employees. I have never seen such behaviour of security before in previous reputed organizations. 4) No system of promotions and giving to only one person twice in year 4) Due to above reasons resign rates have been increased.
