This compny realy a good teaching place for fresher's. I realy very lucky to be a part of this company and I have learned more with this company.

The working is very best but Carrier growth is too slow in this company like salary increments was not satisfactory.And in this company growth is not depend on work it's depend on your links with seniors.So it is not a good process for fresher's.

RSPL is growing day by day.. and their is lots of opportunities to prove yourself. If you have talent you can reach to senior level... I have learnt lot of things from this organization..and would like to join again.
