No personal growth . company is working on bases on buttering peoples only. Management is full deaf and dumb. Department head are treating you as slave . No working culture . Specially IT department is full worst and seniors are full of Duf*** They don't know new technologies. If you are local and don't need personal growth than surely join that organisation otherwise don't try to join it .
