Salary hike and appraisal is very poor as/market standard, Senior hierarchy is not good, and they hire less staffs and project working pressure will be mismanaged due to this.

... is grt, for freshers it is a very good company to learn and growth but for mid experienced employees ll get very less salary when compare to other companies

RSP is good environment and working.company culture and polici is very good 👍🙂

There is a lot of politics and the management department 🏬 don't have any contractual labour salary increase and salary is very poor and not good

Lot of opportunities to grow and explore if you are a hard worker

Dislikes

Very poor compensation. No work life balance. No facilities like proper cafe and eating space in premises. No childcare facilities. No transport facilities. Petty expenses are difficult to reimburse.

Good work environment culture, teammates & management supports . Company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and half month salary year bonus every year .

Salary is decent but career growth is average .
