My Boss( partner/ Director ) was supportive while communicating for the project but that really didn't worked out.

Dislikes

Overall environment wasn't supportive in terms of Remuneration , not transparent practice for disbursement of salary. Management was silent over lot of issues where we needed them. Policies were like you count the apples to pay then to weigh them. Pre Covid We used to happily work on holidays but in COVID times we weren't allowed to punch more than 8 hours a day and we work for more than 10 hours , infact on sundays.

Gives you a good work life balance, salary is decent compared to industry standards.

Dislikes

The HR policies of the company are not great, especially those related to payroll, leave encashment, processing of your full and final settlement, etc. The HR are not cooperative.

You will get some time pass activities to keep your brain wash. Flexible timing. (Some staff are coming at 11:30 am and sleeping up to 10 pm.)

Dislikes

...ch desktop (if only after anyone left from RSM ) where you can't read mail also. Very low salary as compare to other audit firms. You will get only RSM brand. If you are joining in RSM please be ready to suicide within 6 months.

Salary on time. Increment yearly based on performance. Work life balance is there.

Dislikes

The salary package is comparatively lower compared to other companies with same experience level. Negotiate properly to have a good salary package while joining.

Behaviour of senior is disrespectful, no work life balance, senior puts you down mentally and they reduce the salary by saying performance is not good and violating the terms of agreement.
