Other than your salary is paid at the right time there is no other likes in this organisation.

Dislikes

Pathetic culture. Concall happens at 9 or 10 at night. Management is always trying to let you & your efforts down. There is no appreciation for your work & your job can be taken away at any time of the year. I will not recommend any fresher to join this organisation.

1. In your offer letter there is term PLI. They give PLI in 8th month after financial year closure. Meanwhile you got the opportunity and left in between without collecting PLI amount though you completed your year target they won't give it. 2. They have there own rules and regulation. 3. Totally Lala company. 4. Company is 36 years old still they don't have any automation system for billing and order booking. 5. Asm don't have any work life balance as after field work there are lots of useless files you have to prepare without any proper input. 6. Ruthless RSM recently promoted to ZSM for West-2 Maharashtra and Goa. He is more involved in doing politics and rather than focusing on work. 7. Even company owners always talks about themselves and how they establish there so called empire. For them employees are only servant to serve the company there contribution doesn't matter to them. 8. For position like ASM you have huge territory to cover and you have to use Lal dabba for travel. Even if you are traveling out of based location you can charge actual bus or train ticket or 1.5km of not using public vehicle. There is more lot to say about just want to conclude only 1 thing they promise lot of things before joining but don't trust them. They all do fake promise to make you bakra for joining there organization as they don't get employees easily.

... is a cool house.. and it caters to whatever kind of time the employees require. Like salary & expenses and confirmation & increment etc.

The company does not provide any kind of portal, online salary slip, authorized mail to its employees, all manuals are available.

Company vision is good but the more pro active, He not consists in his own plan, working in paper is much more, review on regular basis, for this maximum time use for making report & no body take any action on this. Every is try to dominate to other's. During lockdown work from. & this days company give lots of reporting for analysis, which is any purpose for planning.

Nothing is to like working in RSH Global. It's a sad place family owned business. They say they are corporate but its just a marwari family owned business.

...al values. The CMO is BA pass mass-com grad without any experience in marketing. She forged her documents to increase the salary and fired by her previous company Star India Pvt Ltd. She have an affair with her male colleague both used to work in Star and have very special understanding with the MD of company. Shameless place to work.
