Nothing is to like working in RSH Global. It's a sad place family owned business. They say they are corporate but its just a marwari family owned business.

...al values. The CMO is BA pass mass-com grad without any experience in marketing. She forged her documents to increase the salary and fired by her previous company Star India Pvt Ltd. She have an affair with her male colleague both used to work in Star and have very special understanding with the MD of company. Shameless place to work.

...o develop our existing as well as NPD as per the requirement of new generations. Provinding salary and other expenses on time. Very caring about the employees. Its a family company and treated all as a family member.

Dislikes

Establishment of the brand needs to be more effectively. Needs to develop the trust mentality to the responsible persons. New generation must be more patience to grow the future business. Respect others and work together is very important for any organisations.

... them visionary leaders but not able to have clear vision regarding there staff. Except salary and expenses nothing is on time. Incentives are always 3-4 months late. They have there own law regarding payments of incentives. Employee if completes financial year and achieve all parameters of PLI(performance linked incentive) which is the part of your offer letter will have to stay 6 months more until they pay the PLI amount. Meanwhile if you have to left job for any reason you will not get that amount in your FNF. Lots of internal politics, all staff is of Emami so they have a union kind of culture. Rest every one how Indian companies have expectation like MNC but in name of work culture have 0 expectations from them.

Other than your salary is paid at the right time there is no other likes in this organisation.

Dislikes

Pathetic culture. Concall happens at 9 or 10 at night. Management is always trying to let you & your efforts down. There is no appreciation for your work & your job can be taken away at any time of the year. I will not recommend any fresher to join this organisation.

... is a cool house.. and it caters to whatever kind of time the employees require. Like salary & expenses and confirmation & increment etc.

The company does not provide any kind of portal, online salary slip, authorized mail to its employees, all manuals are available.
