Salary is not saficient for living. Always a tendency to cut salary by the employer. No sick leaves. Discrimination and favoritism done by the owner among the employees. Work timing not same all employees. Work security is not at all.

Rs communication is best company for fresher as well as experianced who want to learn about telecom as well networking.The best part WHICH I most liked in RS is management my Project manager and TL who always come in front to teach you how to start your carrer as a network engineer and how you will go on Top.I love the fact i was a part of RS Comm hope RS grows more faster where i can join again ...

VERY GOOD WORKING ENVIROMENT. TEAMMATES ARE FAMILIER WITH EACH OTHER AND WORKING TOGETHER. COORDINATION INSIDE THE STAFF OF DIFFERENT GROUND IS EXCEPTIONAL. SALARY / APPRAISAL ARE EXCELLENT.
