Dislikes

There are many Dislikes, No deserved salary, no good hike for better performance, No health insurance, No work ethics, No work from home, No employee engagement activities, politics inside, always demotivating, every year conducting ISO audit for certification but not maintaining ISO requirements during year, not providing salary as per market, No corporate etiquette, No respect to associates. Management always support senior team.

Likes

...yourself even though if you joined as a fresher or if domain changes that's all. You will not get munch salary hikes and as my opinion you should work for the same salary since your joining, there will be no recognization even though if you works hard in peek time, late nights or strechings and Continuing shifts 2-3. If you work client places also there will not be any allowance part from your salary. Your training part will be very limited and If you ask for any salary hike they will ask you to work same salary or else you can leave.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low, but growth is slow. The work will be heavy when it comes. Some times we will spent 24- 32 hours by not taking any rest, When you alligned for client work place on late nights or stretching also you will not be entitled with any allowance and no insurance as of now since my joining ( No life Security ). Also there is no On- job training for freshers, hence senior folks have to guide them on step by step and every point, which is a painful sometimes.

Likes

The work pattern, there internal management support towards the work to the employee was excellent.

Dislikes

Some staff inside the organization are not knowing their position/ designation & behaving by crossing their roles & authorities which even the team manager has not noticed on the same. This is most effective for other staff carriers as well. So, the top management need to take an action on this so probably the other staff / employees can survey for long time.

Co-workers are friendly, motivating, helping each other in work.

Dislikes

Doesn't have time to here co-workers consern but joke around instead. Doesn't take action even if heard. Persuade others to remain there while they themselves fly off.
