It's a good company to start your career in Travel Sales. This company will help you to under the ins and outs of travel industry. As employee of this company I would recommend a fresher to join. Friendly management.

There are numerous things which can disturb you as an employee. 1. Company Policies change every single month. 2. Sometimes people don't get equal opportunity to perform. 3. Shift timings are not fixed (somedays they told to come in evening and sometimes in daytime, 2 hrs before office time, sometimes after two hrs, etc). This is my personal experience. 4. At any point of time they can put you on hold (unpaid offs for indefinite time). 5. Incentive structure is not good as compared to other similar companies.

That company is nothing but a scam.. They call you for an interview and will not even pick up your call when you get there.. There is no office there as it shows on the Google map.. Don't waste your time and energy for this job.
