Very worst management system....there is no fair appraisals and they don't give salary hike properly and they deduct some minimum amount as bonus from there employees every year....And the most important they do castism with the employees....very bad company policies...

There is no career growth at all, there is no training for freshers and too much politics in side the company and management doesn't address for employees issues.
