Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. As it's a small CA firm, there is low salary for freshers. You have to work for some extra hours when needed.

Comfortable work timings and location and salary credited on time.

Dislikes

They never treat the employee in a proper manner. No job guarantee and did not followed the notice period from the company side. But employees should give the notice period while relieving.

The work environment and culture is terrible. These fraudsters cheated with our employees and they can't give salary every month so i can't recommend to work in this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. And the construction quality of this company is very poor and they are cheats our clients also. This company owner is Rahul dhama, Sumit Tomar and kailash upadhyay all are fraudsters.
