Nepotism plays a pivotal role in decision making while getting promotions and appointment of work. Culture is too toxic for freshers as the oldies keep on superimposi their weird dominant nusances on the freshers. These people make freshers dance for their cultutal events.

It’s a company who only take & give support to family members only. If you are mot from the family, you are outsider and they take your advantage of your knowledge and kick you out without any reason, so be careful - if you have other option then explore other one and leave this ASAP. All the best

Zero knowledge people are BOSSES and people who are working hard has not given any benefits. Opportunity base company & you will not satisfy yourself professionally in this company as your Boss is a layman of technology & Sales and control you and utilise your contacts for business growth & kick you out after some time without reason and hire next man like you and do the same with him too. So be careful with this company. For short span this is okey type company.
