Working in RPSGOI as a fresher was really benefitial for my career. I got the opportunity to experience various things. RPS is an organization, which does not restrict its employee. It provides an open environment to its employees to accept new challenges and build self esteem. Superb management and supportive staff.

Dislikes

There is nothing which i dis liked in RPSGOI as an employee. But if i left my bus, then i found it difficult to arrange a convence to reach there.

It is not a school but an academy where there is no room for holistic development of child here child is shown only IIT DREAM .These ppl still live in disillusion that for a student becoming Engineer and Doctor is the only thing a child.Terrible place to work where Management is highly unprofessional.
