The compensation is not upto the mark. This might not be the case for everyone. Similarly, since the organisation is growing, the safety culture is is also developing which means many challenges to be faced from the middle management and site level too.

Teammates are supportive , chill zone is available for rest, management is good like not so good not soo bad . Help is offered when asked for. Understanding is there with management for issues.

Dislikes

...d pay off but it doesn't in some way. Sometimes some people become bias as well. Work is based on knowledge and experience and pay scale is not good. There should be a rule after working hours no work should be done as we also have our personal life and personal space. Our safe space is not taken care of. Lots of issues goes on but can't share or disclose Becoz of loosing job.

Good compensation structure, timely salaries, excellent medical benefits, some genuinely good and hardworking people.

Dislikes

Did not offer role that placement consultant had communicated. Was made to do secretary-level jobs at GM grade. No proper HR, zero investment in ensuring professional growth, zero management supervision, rampant sycophancy, insecure bosses out to demean your capabilities (could be specific to the department I was in), highly politicised environment.

Salaries are paid on time due to the finance team's efficiency.

Dislikes

There’s too much politics at play, and everyone seems to have their own hidden agenda. The HR team needs to properly understand and implement compliance.

Likes

Its a great place to work, you get full freedom to work in your own way. Company have a vision which clearly seems in its actions as well. You get proper growth opportunities to move ahead in the ladder.

Dislikes

Pay gap is too high between people working at same level, which is dissatisfactory.
