Collect profile of the candidates from all websites especially freshers world Provide job description with fake salary and others tell them to attend the interview process next day morning A Google session ending with exam fees of 800 rps and task of taking insurance. Once payed send a worthless joke of offer letter. After that attend the training which end by telling the candidate to take a worthless insurance. So in short it just a red flag job collect money in the name of examination fees which wont be refunded Forcing a candidate to do investments for conformation of job And finally it's a target based work. So basically it's not a job just a organized mlm scam by collection of exam fees and forcing of insurance. Be aware as there is no Google reviews since it cannot be manipulated and the reviews are fake as hell. So never join these type of scammers and share your experience so others gets awareness.

They have the trick to achive the target through the payment process of employee, only for satisfying their targets with insurance company!! Starting they said no targets, get 800rs for the certificate related to their insurance business but after they fixed a lot of fraudulent activities for their insurance policies SO, DON'T PAY ANY AMOUNT TO THIS COMPANY!!!

But correct ah 46 days mudinja first week laye onboard offer vanthuruchu. I'm very much excited that time. Yapdi iruntha work pana porom nu little fearness odaiye start panne. But my onboarding job na nenasha alavuku kastama ila. Yala instructions ahum en TL step by step ah enaku teach pananga. Romba support ahvum romba calm ahvum ena handle pananga. Working time mudinju kuda na doubts ketutruke. Yalathaium romba cool ah handle pani enaku ipo varaikum support ah irukanga. Supportive leaders and friendly environment irukum nu working culture pathi interview attend pandrathuku munadi orientation meeting la sonanga. But intha alavuku kindness ah na expect panla. I am Mohamed riyas from marketing team. I have successfully completed my training programmes with 35%. The main reason for completing the training task is my parents. So my first thanks for my family members. last 8 months onwards I'm working marketing TL. I'm faced so many struggles in this duration of time related handling and understanding my team members. But now my team members are working very well. Last 2 month me and my team members are in topper of our whole team. I'm trying to achieve SBAO role. I hope to reach within few months.
